Andrea and Chandlers Ventana Big Sur elopement was stunning! They chose Big Sur because they love spending time by the water, and Andrea’s favorite color is turquoise so Big Sur stood out to her because of the beautiful blue waters it offers! Andrea & Chandler's First Looks -
A Ventana Big Sur Elopement
Andrea and Chandler had their first look just outside their cabin in a beautiful wooded area. It was so cute because Chandler had their favorite lavender lemonade that Ventana Big Sur offers ready for them both after their first looks! Once they exchanged first looks, they sipped on their lavender lemonades and then we headed out to photograph at the redwoods on the way to the ceremony site!
A Romantic Big Sur Elopement Ceremony With Coastal Views
For Andrea and Chandler’s ceremony, we went to the most beautiful location with epic cliffside views of the ocean. You could hear the waves crashing below us and see for miles and miles. Big Sur is truly breathtaking. They shared such heartfelt vows that made everyone laugh and cry, and it was just such a beautiful and magical experience!

After their intimate Big Sur elopement ceremony, Andrea, Chandler, Shana and myself explored the coastal cliffs that Big Sur has to offer and soaked in the amazing weather and views of the sunset! It was so romantic and truly made for the perfect backdrop for Andrea and Chandler’s portraits.
A Private Ventana Big Sur Elopement Reception
After we got stunning Big Sur portraits of Chandler and Andrea, we then headed back to Ventana Big Sur for their private reception at Ventana’s open deck dining. The setting was perfect and so romantic! Their open deck dining offers views of the coast and they have delicious food!
One thing that was so fun and that I loved was that Andrea and Chandler brought their Daft Punk helmets with them where we got some fun night star photos and then them having their first dance afterwards! How cool are the helmets?! A true example that you can do WHATEVER you want for your Big Sur elopement! You can stray away from the norm and incorporate things that you and your partner love!
