Tatyana and Joseph met in the military and they knew right away they wanted to get married together. They skipped their engagement and decided to elope at a courthouse on February 7th, 2019 with one of their closest friends.
After they shared the news with Tatyana’s mom, she insisted that they should have their pictures taken to savor the memory (can’t thank her enough for this). That’s when Tatyana contacted me and I was beyond excited that they were looking for post-elopement portraits!
Her mom and I knew that this was going to be something they will cherish forever and I wanted to make sure they have an experience that was unforgettable.
Since Joseph was deployed during the planning process, I was able to help her through location scouting and what felt was the right place to represent their personality. Tatyana and I both agreed that Marin Headlands was the place where we will photograph their adventure and it was beyond perfect.
Their chemistry together is undeniable, the whole time we spent together was filled with inside jokes and laughter. It was also so nice to have Tatyana’s mom tag along to help out and it just made it even more special.
Marin Headlands is a bridge across from San Francisco and the view of the iconic Golden Gate Bridge and the cityscape just adds a notch to the beauty of the whole landscape.
